Holroyd Precision’s CS700E tool grinding center is designed to grind high-accuracy profile forms on finish-milling cutters as large as 700 mm in diameter. The machine is said to enable manufacturers of larger helical components to achieve accuracy and repeatability by giving them control of all aspects of the cutting tools they use. The two machines offer 35 percent more workpiece space with the capability to grind tools as long as 380 mm (14.96"). They also feature remodeled machine beds with enhanced rigidity for greater vibration damping for improved part surface finishes and precision.
