Esab to Donate Portion of Sales to Support Hurricane Relief
Sales for select models will contribute toward an end-goal of $250,000 to donate to Operations USA.

To support Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma relief efforts, Esab Welding & Cutting Products announced that with every shipment of select products between September 22 and December 31, 2017, the company will make a contribution to assist the rebuilding efforts.
In the hopes of reaching the donation goal of $250,000 as quickly as possible, Esab has selected some of its highest-volume products: Esab Rebel 215ic and 235ic welding machines, Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 60i manual plasma cutters and Victor Journeyman Edge, Journeyman 450 and Performer oxy-fuel outfits.
Contributions will go to Operations USA, a privately funded agency that has delivered more than $400 million in aid for relief and developmental projects. Founded in 1979, Operations USA has a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, including a 100 percent rating for accountability and transparency.
In addition to the relief fund donation, Esab is supporting distributors in the affected areas by providing a core team that will manage expedited order processing, order acknowledgement and enhanced technical support. Esab has also sent teams of technical specialists to the impacted areas to support distributor efforts with their end user customers.
