FANUC America (Hoffman Estates, Illinois) has made three new CNC training courses available online. The company’s 20-to-30-hour online learning programs are designed to offer a flexible, cost-effective way for users to develop expert-level knowledge of factory automation and CNC programming at a time and place that is convenient for them. The three new courses cover machining center programming, turning center programming and parametric programming using FANUC Custom Macros.
Each course includes access to the FANUC eLearning online educational system, a one-year license for FANUC NCGuide CNC Simulation Software, email access to dedicated FANUC training instructors, all study material, exercises and tests. Students receive FANUC Academic Certification upon successful completion of the course material and evaluations.
The company worked closely with CNC Concepts Inc., a provider of CNC training, to develop the courses.
