FANUC Merges All Operations in the Americas
A new corporation will bring together the company’s robotics, CNC and automation operations.

FANUC has officially merged all of its operations in the Americas into a single company named FANUC America Corp. The new company, headquartered in Rochester Hills, Mich., will be led by Rick Schneider who will serve as president and CEO. Mr. Schneider previously served as president of FANUC Robotics America. The merger brings together FANUC’s complete range of products and services for robotics, CNC systems and factory automation solutions.
