Weiler Corporation’s Burr-Rx line of abrasive nylon disc brushes is useful for in-machine deburring applications. These brushes can be implemented into CNC machining centers or custom-designed machines.
Potential benefits of using the product include fast feed rates and completing jobs with short cycle times. With its customized “high aggression” filaments, the brush can also remove large burrs. Like traditional abrasive nylon disc brushes, Burr-Rx disc brushes do not alter part dimensions. Available diameter sizes include 3", 4", 5", 6" and 9".
