VisualMill 2012 is an upgrade to MecSoft Corporation’s VisualMill 6.0. The update features a new five-axis continuous milling module, new toolpath generation methods, and processing and productivity improvements. The CAM software is said to be ideal for mold, die and tooling, woodworking, rapid prototyping and general machining applications. The software includes 2.5-, three-, four- and five-axis machining functionality. A variety of free post-processors are included or users can create their own.
