Robotmaster software integrates off-line robot programming, simulation and optimization with CAD/CAM software. The software enables users to program simple to complex welds with full control of all welding parameters. These programs can be generated automatically from the CAD model and then modified to speed the process. The software automatically manages work angle and gun angle, optimized for minimal robot wrist rotation and maximal robot reach to avoid robot singularity, collision, joint and reach limit issues. Advanced programming tools for rails and rotary positioners enable users to take advantage of the flexibility offered by external axes.
