The slip-proof IntRLox mini clamping nuts from Rego-Fix feature a frontal milled slot on the outside diameters that mates to a corresponding wrench to prevent slippage during the tightening or loosening process. The clamping nuts, which are suitable for the company’s sealing or cooling discs, are surface-treated for increased clamping force and a corrosion-preventive coating. The nuts are available in ER 11, 16 and 20 sizes for standard versions and ER 16 and 20 for the coolant version. Benefits include improved operator safety thanks to the slip-proof clamping, internal and external cooling, improved chip removal, reduced tool costs and improved productivity, according to the company.
The company will also offer its SecuRGrip anti-pull system designed to eliminate cutter slippage in the collet.
