Coherent has expanded its fiber laser offering with the modular Highlight FL-series fiber laser system capable of delivering 4 kW of power and higher. The series uses Coherent’s modular architecture, which gives system integrators a choice of modules to build custom, turnkey fiber laser systems. Highlight FL lasers at all power levels are available with a range of output delivery fiber options optimized for cutting and welding a spectrum of metals and alloys.
The system incorporates Coherent’s own laser diode pumps and active fibers for high performance, reliability and quality. The modular design simplifies service and ensures high system uptime, says the company.
