Samchully Workholding’s TR-320FF heavy-duty fifth-axis rotary table uses high-torque motors for both the tilt and turn axes, enabling a 330-lb load capacity. According to the company, the 12" rotary table maintains a 25-rpm maximum spindle speed for the tilt and turn axes, and promotes indexing and repeatability accuracy. Hydraulic brakes provide rigidity for heavy milling cuts and drilling. The table’s 12.5" faceplate with a 4"-plus through-hole and optional four-port rotary coupler enables it to mount many types of workholding and fixtures.
