The Vortex Dynamic Filter from Nikuni is a waste-free, cyclonic coolant filtration system that achieves filtration through centrifugal force. This reduces the need for disposable paper or cartridge filters.
The system can filter particles as small as 10 microns, which improves cutting precision and production quality by reducing scratching. This also increases tool life and safeguards machining equipment. According to the company, the system reduces tool wear and the need for filter elements while improving surface finish and machine uptime.
