CRS fluid-recycling systems from Eriez are self-contained coolant- and fluid-management systems capable of recycling water-miscible fluids to maximum potential. The systems can include separate dirty and clean tanks, automatic proportional mixers, oil removal devices, coalescers, liquid-from-liquid centrifuges, and pure water sources.
The line of systems includes the CRS 120ST stacked with a high-speed centrifuge for recycling metalworking coolant; the CRS 300ST stacked with a larger centrifuge and higher processing rate; the CRS120SS side-by-side, which provides the basic requirements for fluid recycling with water-miscible coolant and cleaner products that reject tramp oils; and the CRS 300SS side-by-side, which offers recycling for medium- to large-sized companies with machine tools using individual coolant sumps.
