Oelheld will feature its DiaGrind 535-15 high-speed grinding fluid, a blend of additives and base oils designed to go years without requiring regeneration or complete exchange. It contains extreme pressure additives for maximum performance and is free of chlorine and heavy metals. The fluid has a low oil misting tendency and good temperature viscosity behavior. Its low viscosity gives it good flushing and cooling properties, and its environmentally friendly composition keeps operators safe and equipment in good condition. According to the company, it has been used successfully for gear hobbing, grinding and shaping.
