Grinding Products Enable Precision and Productivity
Ziersch GmbH attends IMTS for the first time in 2022 and showcases many products in what they call a grinding revolution.

Newly established in 2006, is a global manufacturer of high-precision grinding machines with over 1,000 machines sold in Europe. Attending IMTS for the first time in 2022, Ziersch GmbH is ready to expand its market share in North America. Easy to operate, highly precise, with a high degree of automation, Ziersch says its machines are spreadheading a grinding revolution.
The Ziersch ZR600 and the Ziersch ZR1000 represent the universal OD/ID grinding range of machines. Widely used in tool room environments, including small to medium-sized batch operations, these machines, like any other Ziersch machine, offer Mitsubishi controls with a touchscreen and an easy to operate Ziersch human-machine interface (HMI).
The Ziersch Z range of surface grinders, with six single column machine models, ranging from sizes 16 × 8 inches (400 × 200 mm) up to 60 × 28 inches (1,500 × 700 mm,) and nine double column models, ranging from 60 × 47 inches (1,500 × 1,200 mm) up to 197 × 78 inches (5,000 × 2,000 mm,) make up the portfolio of surface grinders to choose from. At IMTS 2022, Ziersch showcases the Ziersch Z24 as well as the Ziersch Z48 models.

The Ziersch Z 500R, Z 600R, Z 800R and Z 1000R rotary table grinding machines, equipped with hydrostatic rotary table bearings, cover part diameters from 20 inches (500 mm) up to 40 inches (1000 mm). Highly precise and versatile, these machines follow the same design, control and HMI concepts as all other machine model built by Ziersch GmbH.
