According to FlexArm/Midwest Specialties, Inc., the FlexArm die grinding unit provides the accuracy needed for successful die repair by maintaining perpendicularity at virtually any vertical or horizontal position. Mounted in either position, a piloted carbide deburring tool can remove the precise amount of weld. Die repairs can be accomplished inside the press by mounting the unit onto the die shoe or at a repair station.
