The company offers two manufacturing system design approaches for the automotive industry: Agile Systems and the Global Transfer Line. Agile Systems consist of CNC machines and inter-machine part handling automation, built for production of engine blocks, cylinder heads, transmission cases and other parts using either parallel or sequential processes. The systems are expandable or reconfigurable for volume increases or additional product features. According to the company, Global Transfer Lines are modular, highly-standardized systems with lower acquisition costs. They are designed for high-volume production in operations where changes are largely minor and/or infrequent. Total system life-cycle costs are minimized, ergonomics are optimized and delivery times are reduced to meet aggressive automotive industry timelines, the company says.

In addition to these systems, the company also offers its automotive engine and transmission component machining technology, including CGI (compacted graphite iron) machining and MQL (minimum quantity lubrication) machining; and an HMC platform with an array of options, including manual or automatic loading, ballscrew or linear motor drives, multiple fourth- and fifth-axis formats and three different control system options.
