The app delivers immediate information from an existing ERP through the Infor Ion integration platform. It houses operational data, resource drill-downs, materials and associated inventory levels to eliminate back and forth between the shop floor and terminal. Video collaboration tools are designed to help users solve problems more quickly. According to Infor, the app provides tighter control over operations and increases on-time delivery.
