Metallform will display its workpiece holders and baskets for bulk parts. The baskets have no enclosed surfaces, corners or edges. This design gives ultrasonics and spray jets unfettered access to parts, improving the cleaning processes and promoting an effective exchange of media, the company says.
The baskets' durable material is suitable for many cleaning media and prevents components from being re-contaminated by the workpiece holder, and baths from being contaminated by corrosion and zinc separation.
