Paperless Parts highlights its quoting and collaboration software, tailored to custom part manufacturers. It is designed to manage every step of the quoting workflow in a centralized environment, consolidating multiple software systems and connecting the user’s front office to the shop floor.

From the second an RFQ is received to the minute an order is placed, Paperless Parts is said to automate and streamline shop operations at maximum efficiency. The platform offers automated costing and pricing logic tailored to customers’ needs. 

Key features include automatic BOM breakout from CAD models, live pricing of purchased components and metals, customizable costing and pricing templates, DFM warnings and AI-supported PDF extraction. These are intended to enable quick cost calculations, transparent costing logic and consistent yet flexible pricing rules. Paperless Parts can also integrate with existing technology investments, eliminating double-data entry and reducing errors. OEMs can benefit from features like digital quotes, custom data exports and security compliant with FedRAMP and CMMC standards.
