Brush Research’s pin vises are designed to securely hold small-diameter, miniature deburring brushes when stem diameters are too small for chucking in automated machines. According to the company, this holding method reduces operator fatigue and improves efficiency. Two styles are available. Model PV460 is double ended, has a hexagonal locking collet and features two reversible four-jaw chucks for versatility. Model PV467’s swivel action enables precise and consistent control during deburring and finishing operations. The pin vises are nickel plated and made from solid brass.
