ANCA’s AR300 industrial robot loader is a three-axis system with the capacity to manage 380 tools. It can accommodate tool sizes up to 20 mm (¾") in diameter and 150 mm (6") in length. The loader is contained within the compact footprint of an FX5 Linear machine. With this loader, there is no need to change gripper fingers between batches, which improves productivity. The loader will be demonstrated on an FX5 Linear machine.
