Lube USA’s BT-102 series grease system is a self-contained, battery-operated system designed for hard-to-reach and remote applications as well as robots. The system includes an on-board timer that enables the pump to operate independently from machine control, further simplifying installation.
The BT-102 uses the company’s LHL hybrid lubricant and grease-cartridge technology to lubricate as many as eight points on the machine. The pump operates using a positive direct-injection system. The pump pressurizes as many as eight injectors mounted on the back of the pump body. This, in turn, operates the injectors, sending a precise amount of LHL lubricant down the provided tail tubing to the lubrication point. The system is equipped with a pump, injectors, manifold, plugs, pre-filled tail tubing, termination fittings and instructions.
