Industries has developed the Nidus sensor suite to gather and centralize information with fully automated, real-time control. The company’s goal is to improve the interaction and control between all machines, operators and managers in a manufacturing environment. The system collects data from equipment such as controls, fluid pressure gages and process probes, in addition to other units.
Industry 4.0 compatibility means having an intelligent production management system to obtain production information in real time and store data history. With the potential impact of the Internet of Things on a company’s profit line, the company’s solutions aim to make data analysis simple to interpret and customize.
These solutions collect information from a shop’s machines and provide detailed reports on all functions in real time. The information is stored and available in customized reports, listings and graphs that are designed to be easy to see and customize. The reports can be customized to conform with any regulatory agency requirements in both the E.U. and United States.
In addition to being able to integrate ERP management systems, it has an internal system of alarm management, completely personalized to customer requirements. The systems adjust the platform to the user’s specific needs. The products are fully compatible with any available sensors or alarm systems already in use, eliminating the need to replace existing systems.
