The Mobility-Work maintenance social network developed by Safir, a brand of Farinia, facilitates the maintenance management process by simplifying engineers’ and technicians’ interventions. According to Safir, it is the first technical maintenance social network. Mobility-Work is available in a mobile and desktop versions, allowing the recording and sharing of information on equipment and technical tasks anytime and anywhere in the service network of one or more factories.
First, the network enables users to connect with colleagues and add their equipment. Scanning the NFC chip on the machine with a smartphone enables the user to record and share performed tasks, documents, scheduled works, spare parts and more with the Mobility-Work app. The network enables users to schedule tasks and manage maintenance teams, compare different machines within the network as well as the maintenance/repair tasks that have been submitted.
Mobility-Work can be used as conventional equipment maintenance software to manage the entire maintenance process of a facility, even those with numerous plants. Additionally, Mobility-Work is a social network, a global community where maintenance technicians can log in and share expertise, analyze maintenance protocols, find spare parts and perform research for certain equipment.
