Chevalier Machinery’s FSG-1224ADIII auto-precision surface grinding machine is said to provide improved accuracy, high quality and ease of operation. The series includes a programmable logic controller with a grind cycle equipped with rough grinding, fine grinding, spark-out passes and an automatic over-wheel dresser with compensation, which can be added to fully automate the grinding process.
The company also offers its EM2040L high-speed VMC and the Smart-B818III, which produces “mirror” surface finishes on ground workpieces.
