The Tendo Platinum toolholder from Schunk is designed for durability, ease of use and precision for many milling, drilling and reaming applications. Improved brazing technology with a single-cycle brazing and hardening process gives the toolholder rigid and durable tool clamping. Hardened high-grade tool steel ensures long life.
The toolholder is designed to offer vibration damping and runout accuracy of less than 0.003 mm (0.0001") at 2.5 times clamping diameter, working with the machine spindle and the cutting tool to reduce wear and damage. The company offers direct clamping in both metric and inch sizes.
