Techniks’ FID end mill holders are designed for improved chip evacuation, extended cutting tool life and high speeds and feed rates. The holders feature two internal coolant paths through the bore of the toolholder. These paths flood the tip of the cutting tool with coolant. The company says this offers manufacturers the benefits of coolant-thru capability without the need to purchase coolant-thru cutting tools.
